Welcome to Pherotalk !!! You have indeed come to the right place when it comes to pheromones. A little more information about yourself may be required to make specific recomendations for pheros.. Your age and personality.
In general I can say for certain that A314 is the best phero ever for work. Its trust and respect in a bottle. However its signature is very alpha so you need to be congruent to it. What kind of role is yours at work? At very junior levels/ non management levels another phero called Instant Gentleman may be more apt. Its similar but much non threatning and approachable compared to A314.
Another item which can help you bond/connect deeply with people at work both senior as well as junior is Instant Honesty
Do let us know more details about you and your personality and job situation before we make a specific suggestion.
For promotions, careers, or work-related success, as Aghor mentioned, A314 is the best. By the way, how old are you? If you are pretty young IG might be a good alternative. IH would go well with A314 to increase trust vibe. I also recommend Instant shine. A little bit of it go a long way!
First off I am extremely sorry for the late reply. Since I hardly come online from home. Nonetheless I did receive your message on my BB and I have been meaning to come online and thank you personally for the welcome msg.
To start off, I am 30 yrs of age. Resigned from my old job due to conflict with bosses. Bosses wanted to make more money without giving a sh** for the employees or their working conditions and for sure didn’t give a sh** about their customers or clients. So one day I up and leave 'em, deciding to start something of my own. Unfortunately being a migrant in this country (NZ) with little to no backup plan sucks.
Hence been lost in a daze for about 10 mnths, off late I just happened to rejoin the workforce. It’s a cafe job nonetheless. It’s the job that matters and which keeps me out of the house, not sitting infront of my Laptop 18 hrs a day. And so coz of my IT background I get transferred to the head office of our chain of Cafe’s here in NZ.
But then recently I was updated with the fact that this is probably just a temp position, untill the permanent staff who’s effectively on a holiday to Brazil comes back and takes over
Now I seriously wldn’t like to take over someone else job and let 'em go dry. But was wondering if this p’mones would kindda help me probably get my bosses to keep me in this role permanently.
Please do suggest some ideas on how to make this work?

To answer a couple your q’s, I am 30 going on 31. (I wldn’t consider me pretty young ne more, do may be I am wrng )
I definately am open to all suggestion that would make this work for me in a positive way. Just to way to get out of the rut and shine is all I want missus.
At the moment I am definately looking @ A314 & IH to start off with and see where it goes from there. Already have placed the orders. Expecting 'em to arrive soon, for me to start my trial and error phase
respect and charm… in situations like this thats whats required… pheros can aid you… but appart, you have to maintain two things.. being competent or more at work + charming.. yeah being likeable also helps… in actual decision making the decision maker may not always pick a guy because he is the most competent… but sometimes he is picked because the decider likes him a little better than the other…
so irrespective of what happens in your present …situation you have to aim for maintaining these two traits… A314 and instant honesty felicitates these two…
in case they are out of your price range for everyday use.. you can consider instant gentleman… its similar to A314 but more approachable. Along with this…get some instant shine (and a togo of IH) and wear it around the person who may be deciding your post
I would agree with previous posters, though, I’m more inclined for a new user to start out with IG as a base with the addition of IH and/or IShine for getting a competent vibe along with an easy to get along with/fun to be around (IShine). The IH will bring out the ease of talking to you about anything, which will intern, bring to the fore a dependable vibe.
Eventually, I would suggest, once you get comfortable with how these mones work on you, then, give A314 a go. Or, a Togo…
