Anyway, over to me. I’m 45 years old and single again after nearly twenty years of marriage. Wife passed away just over a year ago. I’m from the UK but have been living in Bangkok for the last twenty years and speak the lingo. I’m looking to get back into circulation again and would like any help I can get. You probably all know that Thailand has a very large “pay for play” scene , but I’m not into that. I’m looking to meet some respectable Thai ladies but tend to be somewhat shy. Dutch courage isn’t the answer as I don’t drink. When I was much younger I never used to have a problem meeting the ladies so assume that my pheromone levels have since dropped quite low. Any suggestions?
I was intending to try out Phelure but after reading the threads am not going to bother. It seems too hit an miss. There’s also the issue that most posters say to keep away from or not go heavy on androstenone.

welcome to the forums moobin! as for your status, a314, instant shine, and ammo would be what i’d recommend. for work related pheros, a314+instant shine will do you wonders, it’ll lift up your spirits alogn with others as well. the a314 will give you a respectable vibe.
ammo is for those days where you’re not working, going out in a night scene, or on a date. ammo has little none to begin with and at your age, i’ve heard people take up to a LOT of none and no OD. you should consider turn up the heat as well, but for more information read more about the stickies if you haven’t read all of them. even after being here for a couple months, re-reading the stickies help me alot. good luck on your phero adventure!
Thanks for all the input. You’ve given me a great place to start from and I’ll be following your advice on the stuff to use for the work place. As to getting back into the dating scene, I keep going back and forth between the stickies but what is written on one sometimes goes against what is written on another.

Liz, even though BKK is really a man’s city, I think your sister will love it here, once she gets used to the traffic and pollution. Working here on an expat package is a dream. Unfortunately, I don’t have that luck, I came out here unemployed and moved on from there. I’m jealous.
I haven’t tried many of the herbs here. Or should I say that I haven’t gone out of my way to try them. So many of the Thai dishes and drinks contain herbs anyway so you end up taking them without realizing it. I drink a lot of ginger tea and from time to time buy some herbal tea as a detoxing agent, tastes like doo doo but seems to work. In Thai it’s called Fa Thalai Jon but no idea of the name in English. Can’t drink too much though as it will have the reverse effect. Over the years, whenever I’ve had a cough, I taken a syrup made from a member of the nightshade family and it really is good. When I was first put on to it I thought they must be joking.

I would NOT suggest A314 for your situation.
Just a few words about A314. Fantastic product, Raises your status and causes a respect Alpha leader vibe. Its subtle but powerful. It enhances your confidence and makes many men feel empowered. To get the best results from it you need to wear it with that attitude.

Yep the Tish and Phoenix are right-on with their assessment. I agree that some Ammo, and probably heavy Ammo at that, would be right for you. The best thing about the heavy ammo is it has more -none in it. At your age, and mine, we both could use some extra -none to help us attract some ladies.
The even better part about the heavy ammo is you could just tone it down to 1-2 sprays instead of 2-3 sprays if need be. You actually save some money. Another suggestion is order yourself some TUTH to go and a bottle of Ishine to roundoff your arsenal.
