You are off to a good start, reading the forum and seeing the tips and tricks the other members use is your best step to success. Make sure you read through the men’s sticky forum and understand the wealth of info there.
Instant shine is a GREAT product to start out with. Like all the other pheromones start with one spray and work your way up by one spray a day, until you find the perfect amount! Noticing a difference in others, can sometimes take a lil time, especially if you are only concentrating on that. Instant Shine tends to usually have slef effects, those might be more noticable.
I would say dont be “scared” of TUTH, unless you dont want to have HOT SEX! TUTH is not an everday pheromone.It is one that is good to wear when you and the girl are comfortable to take things to the next level. I love this phero as it REALLY gets me going. AS a 24 year old, you only need max 1 spray to start (if even that much 
) start with a lil and work up. Have fun

AS CC said there is no need to be scared of TUTH and OD ing. its actually good to OD as a beginner to find ur sweet spot (the best amount) for ur self.
What kind of environment are u using TUTH in. this is an important factor because u can look very strange wearing TUTH in the wrong environment.

Dont be scared by turn up the heat, only experiments plus more experiments will get you good results! It will mostly likely not od at 1 or 2 sprays in a not closed space, ex outside, bar, house, not car or small room.

Dont be scared of TUTH just use small amounts and work your way up so those around you can get used to the strong signature. Also use your socials like Ishine with it.
I do however suggest you get something more well rounded with your GC like AMMO.
