Like always, you should try all those individually, start lower, especially for a314, turn up the heat and ammo. SInce too much androsterone or androstenone might have adverse results Start will ammo ishine and io, which are the simplest but most effective combo too, once you tried them individually good luck and let us know how it went!

You have purchased some good pheros here.
For work, use A314. It gives you respect. I normally use it alone in serious working environment, like business meetings. If you requires a lighter environment, add IO. It will soften the seriouness of the environement. It depends on what type of people you are going to meet.
For dating, ammo is good. It gives you the attraction you need. Add IO or Shine if you find problem to approach girls. IO makes girls talk to you more easily. Shine will make the environment upbeat.
Start with low dosage to understand the effect of pheromone before you use more. I recommend you try the phero one at a time to experience the effect before start to mix them.
