Welcome to the forums Jehu,
you have definitely found the right forum if you are interested in pheromones, there is a lot of info here so you can start by reading the below link
This will answer a lot of questions you might have about the effects etc of each product.
For all round attraction Ammo will enhance the “sexy guy vibe”, that can give a more confident to the user. If you want a more “Alpha Male Vibe” then A314 is what you are looking for. These can be used with the more social mones like Instant Shine and Instant Openness. You had indicated you were a little introverted and Instant Openness will make you and others more chatty, which will help with that introversion
If you want to increase feelings of connection with your partner then Instant Honesty is the way to go as it increases that “connection”. These are some ideas for you to think about.
the difference between A314-a and A314-b is potency. A314-a is slightly more potent spray for spray than A314-b
Hope That helps and good luck!!
