Theproblem seems to be with lack of Male Libido so I dont see how TUTH will help.
As far as i understand, the female has good libido and is frustrated because the male is not matching up. his problem may be coming up from medication so He may have to go back to his doctor for that. doctor may reduce the dossage or be able to suggest some other medicine which dont have such side effects.
