I have been lurking the forums before I decided to push for some mones.
I am the typical introvert, shy geek trying to get more social and hopefuly find like minded ladies (not much luck thus far, geeky women seem actually fairly rare where I live)
I am currently 32 and I’d like to live life to fullest before I am too old.
I am barely starting to figure out which mones are best for me (so far I IO and TAC seem the most promising) and I intend to keep messing around with them until I find the ideal combination for my objectives.
Summer Ammo might be a very useful addition to this - A chilled/laid back sexy. social and comforting mix with a good scent and enough none to keep the sexual interest going. It will also go very well with the mones you are already interested in, although watch the TAC as it is a very effective none moderator and too much might push the sexual element too far back.
TBH, early 30s is often still a bit young for the heavy versions, and if you were using them around younger women, then yes that could compound any potential OD and get you ghosted/ignored or even actively avoided.
Similarly, TUTH (of any strength) on a shy/quiet/reticent guy can go badly against you as it can appear brooding/creepy, just too horny or aggressive.
Summer Ammo has two extra molecules (TAA/P130) that give it a much more social/feelgood and comforting feel that still has some underlying sexuality nd is much more likely to help someone in your situation - Plus its scent is a whole lot better than standard Ammo’s FF21.
IG might also be worth a look as its smart, sociable status feel is much better suited to open sociability than the heaver status products like A314, which again can put ramparts up around shy/quiet guys.

Currently I have available or tried: IS, IO, IH, TUTH, P130, TAC, Ammo
IS doesn’t seem to do much for me.
P130, for some reason I find may have negative effects (especially on my mood).
IH works ok with IO but I think IO alone, or with TAC, might be good enough.
TAC for some reason I quite like it, it seems to help put me (and potentially others) at ease when combined with IO
On order is more TAC and some P83 since some people swear by it.

Edit: past few days gf was warmer towards me (not sexual just nicer) and I was using just IO + TAC; but yesterday decided to add abit of TUTH. Now she wants a bit more space. I guess you might be right about scaring them away with too much sex mones.
One spray Heavy Ammo would seem reasonable for your age, although proper sweet spotting would help - Two or three sprays however are more the sort of dose suitable for nearer my age, unless you were in an already pretty raunchy/uninhibited environment where a more overt sexuality is the norm.
I’m not convinced that Ammo under the shirt is a great tactic - This is more associated with much younger guys and the likes of TUTH, where they need to slow diffusion a lot - By your thirties, I reckon you would be beyond that.
What I’m getting from the products you say work for you is that yes, they are very social/engaging but they do lack a sexual edge and again, whilst P83 is a great phero and an excellent disinhibitor, it is not a primary phero and using it in support of largely social mixes will not drive them in a sexual direction - They just become a more touchy-feely version of the original.
It might be worth exploring something like P75, which has a significant masculine/sexual presence, without many of the drawbacks of none and is often very usable around women who may not respond well to it. Stick to a low dose - start with the 2.5 mcg spray and dose-up carefully alongside the sort of social doses you are using.
Also, MX297 is something you might like to explore - This again is a superbly social and engaging mix that can be driven in a sexual direction by the addition of P75 or Androstenone products.
However, from what you say in your posts, it is another that could do more to erect barriers between you and other people as on a shy/quiet guy, it can appear remote, standoffish and sometimes too much of a challenge to get to know. If you are using A314, you need to take the lead socially and again, it is not a sexual, although it is good for conveying serious attractive qualities. You would still need something behind it for the sexual edge.
This is why I suggested IG - its another status product in the same vein but much lighter and more sociable than A314.
Just toyed around with the pheromone profiler… It merely confirms what I thought and what you were saying. Social mones and a light dash of none based would be the best
