You need to start testing for your sweet spot with the Ammo - See this thread:
IO is less problematic and you could probably whack-on two sprays and begin observing the results straight away.
App points - With Ammo I would suggest starting from the neck/throat area and work out, whilst with the socials, I would begin with the wrists/forearms (depending on clothing) and work-in to your torso.
