Gift certificates, according to the rules at the top of each introduction thread page, are issued only when a person opens up about themselves with some information. You did do that on your “Greetings to All From India thread. What most likely happened is you’ve started multiple introduction threads on that day and when that occurs it is difficult for us to go back and search each one out to see if you received a gift certificate.
The rules also suggests if you didn’t get a gift certificate to PM Jasmin, now also you can PM me (SteveO) as well about them. I don’t handle any other customer service issues though. I will contact Ms. Jasmin to check the database to see if any gift certificates were issued in your name.
