i just got mine, but I have personally seen results with ammo and other users love it. Instant Shine is also amazing just by the effect it gives u. As your new, i wouldnt recommend mixing pheros yet (a mistake I made), but ammo is a really solid stand alone product and shine can pick u up and make u feel amazing. Other phero prods i would recommend trying is Alpha a314 and Instant Female Magic. But really, it all depends on what u want to accomplish with pheros. Tell us what u want to do, and we can recommed something for u
