okay - I think I have a better picture now. If I understand you are already pretty good with people in general and women in particular but it seems to end there.
What I would recommend is:
Ammo - to let the ladies know you are interested. Bump your signature up a little.
IH - to create feelings of connection
Combine the two and it should help with a little romance in your life.
