like jasmin said…depends on what you want from your pheromones. you can resonate more sexual, commanding respect, calming, or a combo from what i read and from my own experiences. what do you want to do? for me i wanted to do a combo..gain more respect, feel calm myself, and yet exude some sensuality/sexuality …in the order of what i wanted, and i feel my combo of pheromones have met that. so i use three products combined. what do you want to do?
