My life had been dull this year, as i am single for quite some time. I am currently working as a webmaster from home for 12 months.

I bought some pheromones previously from my local stores, they did more harm than good to me with some stinky ‘smoke’ smell, as though i am burned or I am just back from BBQ party.
I can’t recall the brand name, but I think even a decent one can fail you.
That is why I am glad to be here, and I look forward to the pheromones here.
Regarding my personality, sometimes I am a little quite/shy, sometimes very energetic. I am 23, average looking. Although i don’t exercise much nowadays, but I am still fit. As I use to be an athletic last time.
I am thinking of getting Instant Shine + Turn Up The Heat the at same time, should i?
The holiday season is around the corner, and i look forward to party!

I’d stay away from tuth for now. It’s pure anone, unbuffered, and can be tricky to use. Ammo has just as much anone per spray but it’s buffered and is a much better product to start with.
Ishine will be a good product to try.
You might also want to try io and IH. They help get conversations really rolling.
Another product of interest is IG. It gives a smooth capable masculine effect.

if you are shy, try Come Talk To Me 2, it’s a blend of -nol’s and should give you the right opportunities to get acquainted with people while you ease up on the shyness and learn how to have fun with the chit chat. all the while you can be learning some game and get yourself some dates.
instant shine is a fantastic, well documented feel good phero and it should do wonders for you however, if you are shy i’m not so sure about TUTH. it is meant specifically for getting you past any final roadblocks and it doesn’t sound like you have external roadblocks, only internal.
anyway, there are lots of people here that will share interesting stories and product combinations, hopefully you will share some of your own reports along the way.
Hello Revenant and welcome. I’m also new to this forum and have not yet gotten to try my first pheromones, but from what I’ve read it appears that you really can’t go wrong with instant shine. It is possible, however, for turn up the heat to have negative affects if you use too much, such as people avoiding you. I’ve heard from people that using ammo will still achieve many of the positive effects of turn up the heat, but because it is buffered you won’t have as much of a potential for negative effects. Although I have not yet experimented for myself, so take this advice with a grain of salt.
