Not really shy but very difficult to start conversation. Once you open up to me I’m Very sharp but need the open part to which i find difficult to get to.

actually i have pretty good interaction with them beside my lenguage barrier, I’m not shy neither fill inferior among them. There are some of my coworker who does feel inferior but i don’t understand the reason..
