Yes ammo is a good starter for basically all new members. It is very balanced so there wont be any negative effects at one or two sprays. Ammo is quiet effective in getting attention from the ladies too! So it is a good overal starting point for you.
What are your goals by trying pheromones? And which areas of dating do you need most helps for examples?

Well basically I have always been quiet shy, and I have never been the first one to take the first step in a relationship.
My hopes is to get more womens attention, and make myself feel more confident. If I can get to that stage with pheros, I would alredy then feel satisfied…

Oh i see, ok i got my recommendation for your situation there> AMMO + Instant Shine + Instant Openness (If possible get the 2X for the Instants) but i leave to you to think & decide there.
The reason i ask to get the 2X for the instants is that you can save on your usage there. Well for 2X strength, you will spray less but get the same effect like you spray more compared to the normal strength. This in fact will help save your bottle from finishing so fast

I think Ammo is good to try out and is a good way to get started. Instant Openness should probably be one you try to start out too, and Instant Gentleman is also good but I believe you have to buy a whole bottle that is about $50 dollars. In fact Instant Gentleman + Instant Openness might actually work out better for you if you are the shy type. It just depends on alot of things but all three are good for starting out.
A314 + Shine well make you feel “självsäker” and Openees to help you starting a conversation whit the girls. Allways nice to see more peopel from scandinavia on this site.
