At 63 your levels of testosterone have usually fallen a bit and so you will likely find better results with higher doses of the sexual and status pheromones… And women of color or older ages have been shown to respond better also to higher levels of Androstenone in general…
As a base pheromone to use, Ammo in 2x strength which is social also or A314 both should do well for you… A314 will boost your confidence as well which should help…

I prefer being a loner so I guess you could say introvert, and when people actually get to know me I’m confident, I like to clown around, I like to get a reaction from people so I’ve been labeled the asshole more than I like to admit but I have a sensitive side and do care too much sometime. And at this stage in the game I’m not looking for anything long term but if something evolves so be it.
A314 should suit you very well, as will the Ammo 2x and Tuth to add to either of these even normally since your levels might be lower… Perhaps some IS to mix in as it adds a youthful vibe, adds to the confidence and lifts others moods… The Raw Power and Dirty would also be usable alternatives to Tuth.
IJ and MX353 are two more you can look into if you wish to try even more…
