Hi everyone my name is Brian. I’m from Cheektowaga NY. It’s not to far outside of Buffalo, land of the chicken wings and bad footbal. I’m a 31 year old male. Recently out of a 4 year relationship and also finding myself in a new position at work that I could use a little help with confidence and assertiveness. I work in the health services field and am currently trying to bring a group of unruley staff back from the edge. I’m also In the process of trying to meet someone to spend some time with. But i was a little younger and skinnier last time i tried. lol. I was reading about ammunition and how it should help me assert an alpha male vibe at work. Which sounds liek something i could use. But heres a question regarding the dosing, Being an older male and being hevier am i correct in assuming i would need a larger dose since my body is not producing the same amount of pheromones? Or is the dose recomendations i’ve read pretty muich one size fits all? Yes, AMMO is a great stand alone product. However, because it has -none you will need to try to see what is your sweet spot with it’s application. I myself started with IShine and found my Sweet spot with this product and I’m a bit older than you!

However, for your work environment, A314 would be ideal to give off the secure, ultimate alpha male vibe. IG is a gentler version of A314 and it probably be better for use outside of work. A314 can be overbearing to some outside of work.
These coupled with IS or IO would make it an all around great combo!

A314 is way better for work than ammo. It gives a trustworthy confident vibe. Combine it with some Instant Shine to be the star of your company.
Save the ammo for meeting the ladies. It’s sexy without being overpowering. Can also be combined with Instant Shine for some well documented killer effects.
Finally, TUTH is for when you know its going to get physical, and want an extra push in that direction. Its a great product to get past any hurdles that might be stopping it.

Ammunition should serve you well and you are right…you would probably need a higher dose. Turn Up the Heat is a great product but not something you want to use in a professional environment. A314 would be a great product for you. It’s a very complex product containing many different molecules but overall it gives you a very high status, alpha vibe. This can help at work and also in the dating scene (especially when paired with Ammo) by attracting higher quality females. It can be intimidating to some in higher doses though so you’ll have to play with it and find the right amount for you. A314 + Ammo is a very solid base. If you want to add further to the mix I’d suggest Instant Shine (makes people feel good just being around you) and a social like Instant Openness (makes people more chatty) or Instant Honesty (makes people more trusting/comfortable with you).

I can totally tell the vibes the mones give that way. lol I hadnt even considered a314 but it defintaly sounds like I should add it to my to experiment with list. cant wait to try some of these out!
The gals in the Womens forum often use descriptors of mone that way and I find it useful to picture as well!!!
