My name is Alex and i am 25 years old. I come from Latvia but i currently doing my final year at the university in England.
I have purchased Ammo, Turn Up The Heat and Instant Openness recently.

Yes, you can cover your pheromones with a cologne that you already have (alot of people do, actually), but try them out and see for yourself which cologne would work best to cover the scent. Some products have a light Neroli (orange-ey) scent, if that helps. Ammo should have cologne of its own mixed in, so make sure your two scents dont clash if you want to try to cover it.
As for dosage, its best to try out each product individually, starting with one spray each time and going up a spray until you find your “sweet spot,” the amount of pheromones for each product that works best for your body.

If you have just met this girl I would stay away from the TUTH and instead go with the Ammo and IO. The Ammo will let her know you are interested and the IO will help with those intial conversations.
The Ammo comes in a cologne scent. So you can wear it as it or you can cover it with your own cologne but it will be more like a mixed scent rather than just your own cologne. IO comes in a light neroli scent which is easily covered by just about any cologne. The scent of TUTH is different from either to my nose but again it covers up easily.
