Not directly. Mexico is one of the countries that bans the import of cosmetic products.
So unless you have a friend outside Mexico who can take receipt and post them-on privately, AD and most other phero sellers will not be able to help you.

I am glad you are here and I was a bit hesistant to issue your gift certificate.
Mexico is one of the few places we no longer ship to.
This has to do with your country’s laws making it difficult for any packages to be delivered.
We end up loosing money and having an unhappy client with no package.
What I do suggest for clients like yourself :
Open us a US box or have a friend ship the products to you from the US.
Please note that AD is only responsible for the products ship to the US box or to your friend in the US.
We are not responsible if the USPS looses your package and is unable to find it.
