I’m not convinced pheromones actually work but I’m willing to try.
The situation is there’s a woman at work (around same age, single) who I like and likes me. She always tries to spend time with me, at least at work. When asked out, she will say “maybe” and will back out. I know she has circumstances, things she has to take care of. But it’s like even though she likes me she’s not actively wanting to go on dates.
What would you recommend?

Thanks. Ok, I feared for a second that you were her boss or something. These cases tend to me more complicated, especially with a reserved lady. Happily, it’s not the case here.
The fact that she said ‘maybe’ is a great sign. May I ask in which setting you have asked her to go out, was it at work? If so, it’s not always the best idea. Maybe get her cell phone number, get her on your social network, something like that and contact her there. This takes out the fear of causing Human Resources troubles in most cases. Plus many ladies will not want the whole building talking about two persons going out, especially for try-out purposes.

Here’s a little tidbit I learned in my travels…
If you’re wanting to target a specific person, or have a special gal in mind, you may find it beneficial to ‘test’ on other women first. Women of the same or similar race, age, build, etc.
The reasoning behind this is if you don’t already have a good mixed dialed in you risk messing things up as you seek to find this mix.
If you’ve been testing it on strangers there’s no risk as you wouldn’t care what they think, but your target, well you would care.

Everyone has got you covered pretty well so you have enough info to make the best decision for you.
Here is what I would do, if anything else get Ammo for sure(The scent is powerful so make sure it is ok for colognes at work). Use the Ammo as your base pheromone and go from here. You can not go to wrong with Ammo as it is very balanced and you would have to really go crazy with to much and even then the scent just maybe to strong. I would start here.
If you are a skeptic(Almost all of us were when we started) I would get and try IShine as this one made me a believer. Will boost your confidence and put everyone in a great mood. Plus it goes with Ammo really nice and brings out even more attraction in it.
so to start definitely Ammo and IShine would be your best bet to start with IMO.
CTTM2 is also worth looking at. I am suggesting this because Ammo shares a common ingredient with IO, so I think CTTM2 should work well to help open her up some more and think you should get more out of that one than IO, but just my opinion.
Definitely try getting her outside of work as this is what is needed to take things to the next level.
