I’m a 38 yr old male in California. I’m a family man and work in sales for a tech company. I’ve actually bought pheromones before, but that was years ago when I was more interested in getting the response from the ladies. Not sure that it ever worked, but now that I’m completely family/career oriented, I’m looking to maximize my effectiveness at work and secure my families future.
Being in sales, I’ll take any edge I can get. I’ve always been “good” at what I do, but not quite the best of the best. From what I’ve read, pheros like A314 and Instant Honesty or Instant Openess might be a good way to help me boost my effectiveness.
If anyone has a personal experience they’d like to share in regards to pheros and career, that would be great. Also, which combination of pheros should I try first?
A314 is great for sales people and as you’ve read, some people like to add some Instant Honesty or IOpenness into the equation. When I’ve tried Instant Shine in a business situation, I used it along with Instant Shine. This was pretty successful for me.
Do you have any other goals with these products, or is it strictly business?
It would be pretty useful for you to tell us about your personality. Are you shy or outgoing?
One thing I’d like to add, when one starts out, you really want to test these products solo, that way you learn what dosage of each product works best for you. Using them all at once will tell you nothing.
As you mentioned A314 should be a good choice, although I cant say from experience (yet! getting it soon!!!) Read all around the board, it has been doing wonders for people in sales. As robbie said, any of the instant shine/honesty/openness also could compliment the A314.
A little about myself… I’m the classic tall, dark, silent type. As far as my personality, I’m a very reserved person, maybe a bit aloof. In my work I have no problem being outgoing or public speaking. In my personal life I’m different, very private and somewhat quiet. So perhaps my natural personality comes out more at work than care to admit. I’ve been told I’m a handsome man, and putting modesty aside, I know that I am, but I think that has little to do with my effectiveness or self-confidence. I may actually use that as a crutch at times.
My goals are primarily for work. I’d like to have that alpha pressence and be respected(more) and be sought out for my opinion, promotions, etc. With clients, I need to bridge the gap between being just a sales person to more of a trusted advisor.
I realize that pheros may not be a magic bullet for my work, so I am working on generally improving my skills as well. If pheros can help, I’m all for it.
I really appreciate the additional information. Honestly, I am gonna suggestion that you look at Instant Gentleman instead of A314. Instant Gentleman offers the charisma of A314, but without the distancing that comes with A314. You’re shy already, and A314 makes you less approachable, which is not good. Also, if you’re not naturally congruent with the signature that A314 gives off, people will ignore the A314 and they will treat you in the manner that matches your true personality. I always suggest that a person with your goals and personality start with Instant Gentleman, which will help build charisma and self-confidence and then move up to A314 when they are naturally more congruent with that signature.
There is more than one one to get to your goal, though, so I recommend you see what other advice is offered before you make any purchases.
While IG is a excellent product I dont feel it fits your needs.
You mention your goals are for work, You have no problem in being outgoing in a sales situation. Most good salesmen are fairly outgoing and being quiet is not the same as being shy. I think A314 is perfect for your goals. This product is very very popular among those in the sales field.
I suggest you try Ishine with it for a charismatic uplifting warm vibe.
