I’m 33 and I’m from HK. There is this receptionist at my office (around 25-26) that I really want to attract. We do have short conversations occasionally. I’m now wearing 3 sprays of ammo (my first standalone) every day and does the pheromone work if I simply walk pass her (4-5 feet distance) or it only works when I go straight up to talk to her? Your pheromones will work a bit by walking by, but the best you can do is walk up, and start a light conversation. The longer the exposure time, the better the response you will get. Also, the more time you take to get to know her and let her know more about you, the better results you will get from your target.
By simply walking past, she may think to herself, " Hey, that guy smells great!" but you’ll need to make some connection to her emotionally in order to get her interested in you; just because you smell great, doesn’t mean she will automatically desire you, (unless, of course, she already had noticed you and was interested in you from afar.)

Welcome to the forums, Mark! You should definitely go up to her and talk. I recommend adding Instant Openness to Ammo. This will encourage the both of you to strike up a conversation and keep it going. One or two sprays might do the job.
You should also make sure that you’ve found your sweet spot with Ammo. This product can be a bit tricky. If you use too much, women can become intimidated by the intense sexual vibe. Try using only one or two sprays of Ammo and see if you can sustain the conversation longer. When I use too much Ammo, I sometimes have a hard time keeping conversations going. But when I use a lower amount, people are more open to hanging out with me.
But, definitely give IO a try. This will help make you more approachable.
Have you also thought about using Instant Gentleman? This will give you an aura of higher status and credibility. Combined with Ammo, you will come across as a very sexy guy who has life together.

I will only add that pheromones will enhance your human interactions and the way you feel about yourself. However, pheromones are no magic potions. No girl is gonna throw herself at you if you pass 4-5 away from her in a storm without looking at her, greeting her or anything. The more you act out, the more results you’ll get. The more approachable and charming you act, the more the lady is likely to feel an attraction. I agree with Pudlekuk that extending the time of exposition is like putting money in the bank, it will mostly pay off. And repeating exposition a few times a day, or every few days, is a nice idea too.

I just wanted to stop by and welcome you to the site. I was going to suggest IO but looks like Hank had it covered.
I would definitely try to talk to her more and keep her in the mone cloud as long as possible. Your best bet is to find your sweetspot with Ammo and wear the IO like on your wrists so it effects her more and try talking to her more. Then when you have her nice and comfortable see if she wants to go out sometime for a drink or coffee or something else.
This may sound cheesy but I have found with women at work when I was single I had better look if I didn’t use the word “date” instead I would say “we should exchange numbers and maybe hang out sometime”. I had a lot more luck using that. For some reason some women have a guard up with co workers and if you can come off as just wanting to hang out it may work. I also was the type to hang out and see where it goes to and never had any intentions. Some women may take this as you wanting to be there friend though to who knows.
Either way I think your best bet is to try and get her outside of work.

Wise advice from the guys here. Best combo indeed: pheromones + you. If you are too shy, try exposing her first with 2 sprays AMMO with IShine for at least a week and observe how she’s reacting to the mones. Just make sure that she’s always within your cloud.
Begin the approach after a week. Start with some “good mornings” and a smile, enough for her to to see that you are leaving an open door. If she bites and started a convo, then go along and use it to know her and impress her.
Otherwise, if you have enough courage, follow the recommendations by the guys above.
