1Alpha thank you so much for your suggestions, it helps a lot. I will do what you said and start trying with 5mu TAF, then later on i will try p74 as it has been mentioned on forum by someone its getting him in deep meditation by calming effect.
I am a bit confused about bNOL and aNOL. Alpha and Beta words are also used for expressing the state of conciousness. Alpha: calmed state (while reading or meditating, Beta: daily activities where we think and act quickly. Does alphaNOL and betaNOL have any relations with what they mean? Because Jasmin was mentioning someone used bNOL for meditation in this post here:
