The best one is whatever works best with your body chemistry/personality and that of your subjects.
To that end, you may need to test several before you find out - and even then depending what you want, a fallout/imprinting mix may not be the best thing for you as they normally require significant time and effort before they give results and then you may need to deal with the unintended consequences of someone bonded to you that you may or may not want to still be around.
Also, building-up a bit of experience first with less complex products will help you considerably when it comes to the more advanced stuff.

Fallout can be tricky and can take some time testing to see what works best. Your best bet is to stick with the instant line to start with. I would like to hear more details on what you would like to achieve?
I normally suggest the Men’s Kit because you would get everything to try and at a discount. This would be the very best place to start.
We are the same age and I what I am finding works very well for a base pheromone for fallout is A314 and plus at our age this is a perfect pheromone for anything. For straight attraction it is best to start off with Ammo, but if fallout is one of your main goals, I highly suggest getting and testing this one.
Also IShine I would look at as well as this will complement the A314 and give you that glow about you and IShine will boost your confidence along with the A314. This will also help bring out more attraction as well out of the A314.
IH is another good one and will provide bonding and with the A314/IShine this should attract higher end women and they will view you as valuable and you will come off as a man that has got it together. From the Instant line I would try these 3 and this should be about as close as it gets with fallout from the instant line.
You could always add 1/2-1 full spray of TUTH to the A314 as well. I actually typically use 1 spray TUTH to 2 drops A314 for my daily mix, and then steer in a social direction and this is my main daily mix.
All the things I mentioned are actually in the men’s kit as well.
