Hi, welcome. Like Conjurator said, more information about yourself and your goals will help us tailor reccomendations.

At 37, you produce less androstenone than you did at 21, or 29 for that matter. As men age, they produce less of that pheromone. It sexually excites women. It would help you a lot to pick up a bottle of ammo double strength to make up for the androstenone production being reduced. You produce more androsterone in place of the androstenone.

There are many more reccomendations we can make, but we can make them more accurate with extra info about your situation!
