Hi all,

I am 20 turning 21 shortly, I’m from the UK am also a male!
So I guess the main reason for me trying pheromones is to see what affects they will have in my work environment (office) and in my social life.

I would say I’m a fairly confident person but could do with a little more confidence.

Recently tried NPA I didn’t feel as if it had any real effect happening tried various amounts over a one week period.

The pheromones I am currently thinking of purchasing are; IG, TUTH, MX297, AMMO and po79

Welcome to the forums! Yes, pheromones can give you the edge in both work and social environments. You definitely came to the right place.

I would recommend trying out the Intro Pack for Men. It has Ammo, IG, TUTH, MX297, and other Instant products. It’s a good way to test out these pheromones to find the right dosage for you, and figure out which ones give you the best results for any given situation.

Since you’re 20 years old and describe yourself as fairly confident, I recommend using Instant Gentleman as your base. This will give you a sense of grounded confidence and add to an aura of smartness and maturity. You’ll definitely look good to your supervisor at work.

Ammo is a great product to use at parties, especially if you combine it with IG. You’ll capture some of the attention of older women, if you’re into that. Otherwise, Ammo with Instant Shine or MX297 will really elevate your mood and the mood of folks around you. If you play the part right, you’ll be the life of the party.

TUTH is awesome for some bedroom action, but you’ll need to apply it only after you build substantial rapport.

I’d recommend to hold off on getting P79 or any other putative. Learn to use the commercial line products first and develop your social skills. Think of putatives as ways to fine tune a combo. However, in order to fine tune a combo, you have to know how it works for you. Everyone is different, so get to know the commercial line first.

I’m also not surprised that NPA didn’t work well for you. You’re young, so you already produce lots of androstenone, which is the bulk of NPA. You needed more social pheromones to steer your natural output of androstenone. This is why IG and Ammo would be better for you.

Instant Honesty and Instant Openness will also be good products for you to use to develop your confidence in conversing with people. Use IH when you want deep conversations, and use IO when you want lightness. Add Instant Shine, and folks will think of you as a fun guy who is easy to talk to.

The other guys on the forum will likely introduce themselves and give you their perspective. Make sure to read the journal sections for ideas on how you can use these products.

You have received solid advice from Hankbuddy and you can definitely go with that. I agree that NPA is not for everyone, especially not for pheromones beginners. Plus, Androtics does not carry NPA so it’s not a common subject of discussion and exchange on this forum.

Can you please tell us a bit more about your personnality. Do you have lots of friends? Are you shy? Outoging? Can you give examples of situations where the lack of self-confidence affects your life? What kind of a boost are you looking for in your work environment? Social skills improvement? Getting more respect?

I’ve been doing a lot of research on here actually I have a rough idea of what ones I was going to go for, I was thinking of going for a few of the ones listed by hankbuddy. But that is some really useful stuff thanks for that.

I have several groups of friends don’t really have a fixed group, I would say I’m more of a lone wolf in a way slightly odd for someone my age I know but that’s me. Pretty outgoing I couldn’t really give any examples of self confidence affecting me now as much as my confidence has rapidly improved over the last 18 months.

I think from work certainly to get respect as the majority of co-workers are at least 10 years older than me I guess that’s where instant gentlemen would work. I think I would also want the women at work to a bit open with me.

I will most likely stay away from putatives for now and just go with the basic sprays and see how that goes are there any pheromones I should be looking to avoid?

Thanks for the additional info. Definitely use IG at work if much of the guys are older than you. It’ll get more respect from those guys. Yeah, it’ll also let women know that you’re boyfriend material - trustworthy and dependable.

I understand about being a lone wolf. I’m pretty much the same way. To make sure that I socialize when at gatherings, I use IShine with either IO or IH. You can also use them in conjunction with IG. (Yeah, don’t overlook these social pheromones. They are essential when learning to hone your communication and social skills.)

Given your age, you can skip A314 for now. IG combined with any of the other commercial line products will be fine to improve your social standing. Use TUTH sparingly. Otherwise, there really isn’t anything you should avoid. When you’re accustomed to using pheromones, then you can explore the putatives, such as P74 and P96, two of the most popular ones among users here on the forum.

Yeah, consider the Intro Pack for Men. You get a substantial discount with it. When you use your GC, the pack gets even more affordable. When you figure out which ones work best for you, then you can get them in larger bottles.

The moderator will check this thread in a day or so. That’s when you’ll get your GC.

Wrote several notes based on your guys comments so after some evaluation I think for work I will be trying out Ammo + Instant Gentleman to get used it or Just use one or the other to start with. Then maybe trying to add either Openess or Shine, another I had been thinking of using was IG and Shine together.

Another Pheromone I was thinking of trying was Come talk to me? Just because the one part I do find a little difficult is probably initiating conversation or using Icebreakers but that would obviously be more in a social environment where I don’t know as many people.

Will make my order sometime this week, so should be able to start testing next week at the earliest.

Actually got my GC this morning some time so will most likely just use it for the international shipping more than anything.

CTTM is a great well-balanced social product. When I use it, I feel like saying hi to everybody and it boosts my mood in a happy-go-lucky way. You can sure try it out.

It’s always better to try out each product solo first. This way, you learn about the effects on others, about self-effects, you find your best dose for that product, you can try different points of apllication and see the effects.

After that, you can do some two-components mixes. Those you suggest make sense. But it’s important to know each product first, otherwise, your mixes will be hard to fine tune.

Well that sounds like the kind of thing I do need, but I think I will try out IG on its own first at work and then Ammo afterwards or maybe just at night as I tend to go out often.

Will most likely write a Journal just so I can track everything myself.

Sounds like a good plan, Louis. If you can get one more, I’d recommend IO or CTTM. This will help you develop the confidence to approach people and start a conversation. I find that it’s a lot easier to do that when I’m wearing IO.

What I would do is take a look at the Men’s Starter Kitas it would have all those items plus a whole lot more. If you buy those separate you are going to spend the same as this kit anyways. Really the ultimate would be to get the kit and add the CTTM2. But with just everything in the kit you should have a complete package.

So why P79? It is a great molecule just can be kind of hard to work with especially for first time users. Single molecules don’t come with the same guarantee as the instant line just so you know. At the end of the day though it still is up to you to decide what to order and what is best for you. What would you like to achieve with a putative? Maybe I can at least make some better suggestions than P79.

So I have ordered the UPIP + CTTM2, So I have been having a think of the type of Women I tend to come across and the type of Women I want to attract, I have decided that my focus will be on the Older Women as I come across that age range the most frequent and by that I mean the 30-40 range. After seeing this from HankBuddy I started to wonder how would I achieve this during the day when I’m not at parties or Socials.

In my work life, I guess I would say i am slightly controversial as in I tend to upset people without realising what I have done to upset them. I would like to be able to at least get onto civil terms with these people at work, So I would like to have these people be more open to talking to me.

If I had to choose one over the other I would say the Women over the work colleagues as I can live without these people at work, just always had trouble attracting older women but it just happens to be my thing.

Should there be certain aspects to consider not mentioned in here?

Aspects to consider? You have IH in the UPIP pack. Just remember to spray that one on your hands or wrists, not near your face. You want to steer clear of its self-effects.
