One of the methods to alleviate anxiety is the continuous exposure to the stimuli. After doing a minor research on an unrelated topic, I accidentally stumbled upon this concept which deviated me from the main research topic. I have purchased Instant Shine and Turn up the heat to see if that would have any impact on the environment as well as my own behaviour and interactions. I’ll be honest, I’m a little skeptic about the effectiveness of these products, nevertheless, I’m willing to experiment.

I see you have already made an order with IS and TUTH. Have you used them yet, any luck? IS should be a good one for your shyness/anxiety. It usually helps build confidence and helps with good moods. TUTH is a highly sexual pheromone, so know what to be looking for around females. You should have considered some of the other socials like IO and IH, which both help for the conversational aspect. Ammo would have been in my opinion a better starter than TUTH, as its well buffered and not such a strong sexual bang.

Shyness is a continuous trait rather than discontinuous because it certainly can be measure on a scale and it’s contingent upon situation and environmental factors. I’ll will definitely be purchasing other products as soon as I make any progress with the current ones.

As Mike stated, TUTH gives off a very strong sexual vibe. I would be careful about what circumstances you use it under. I would also consider always using it with the IShine. The sexual message will still come through but at least it will seem friendlier.
The IShine on the other hand can be worn anywhere, anytime.

I also just recently picked up A314 and Ammo which means I have a lot of testing to conduct. I have already tried IS and unfortunately haven’t experienced any self effects, however, I had only gone up to 3 sprays, 2 neck and 1 either hair or chest. It is also difficult the accurately measure the effects in a class room setting as everyone is socially inhibited. I have some social events coming up shortly which is a perfect testing ground, most of those events are comprised of females between the ages of 20-28.
