Ammo is a good starter but go lightly at first until you find the right dose for you.
IH and IO are also good to start with.
The effect you want to achieve will determine which pheromones you use. What are you trying to do?
I go university and I wanna use it there. While talking to the girls I want to attract them to pay more interest in me.
Maybe later I will use it for clubs. I want to test more likely at first if these stuff really works.
The products mentioned above should be good for you to start with then.

- Instant Female Magic
- Turn Up the Heat
i love these products so far, and my favorite school blend right now is:
1X Ammo to the front of neck
2X Shine to each side of the neck.
once in a while i add a bit of Female Magic, and Alpha… but i hope all this blabbering helps you
