As for wearing them, there are many options. You can put them on your skin, like wrists or neck or even your hair. If you wear closer to your face you will feel the effects more but somewhere further like your wrists you won’t feel the self effects as much.
You can wear as much as you like in a day but it’s always best to start small and low and work your way up to find what works best for your body chemistry. So it’s better to start out spraying 1 spray at a time but after you understand how it works for you you can do more. Many of us have done mixes with several products all at once.

Welcome aboard! The Female Kit is the best place to start, so great choice. What I would do is start with the Instant Sexiness first. I would start with B and then test A and see what fits you best. Then which ever one it is, this should be your main pheromone for general attraction. Don’t over think the app points to much as long as there is body heat like your wrists or neck you should be fine. As long as the molecules are lifting off of your skin and into the air to affect your targets no worries.
You can spray as many as you would like! I would not go crazy though and would start with 1 spray of a single product at 1 time so you get an idea of what they do and how to adjust everything. I usually try to keep it to no more than 3 different pheromones at one time to keep everything simple, but there are some like Conjurator who can wear 5 or even 6 at a time with much success! He can do this because he has spent quite a deal of time perfecting each one individually. Sometimes when you combine them you have to adjust your dosage of each one, because they can affect one another, so this can take some time.
One you have the Instant Sexiness down, I would then test the other 3 which are socials IShine, IO, and IH. With the socials I use them to usually steer my main driving pheromone, which for you would be IS/A, or IS/B. Now this is just me, I have found this to work best.
For example I would start with something like IS/B and IO as a basic combo to open people up. Then say you found a guy you really like and want to maybe take it a step further, I would switch the IO for IH because the IH will promote bonding and deep conversations and you will get the true feelings out of him.
