A314 is a good standalone product. It is after all, this community’s flagship product.
Suppose that you would like to mix it, it really depends on yourself what you would want.
When mixing it with;
IO - Good for icebreaking
IH - Great for 1-to-1 management
IShine - Great for positive workflow and vibe
