I’m very new to the pheromone aspect of things, I have never tried anything, I don’t even own any normal cologne.
Hoping to see if there will be anything I could try without overpowering scents. I work in a medical devices field consulting from consumer to facility purchases. Don’t wish to come across too pushy with clients and some clients have indicated and may be ultra sensitive to scents (allergic reaction).
Being Asian, into my 40’s and having a major financial set back the past year has dropped my confidence and has had detrimental effects on my already lacking intimate life with the Missus. Looking to re-find the “spark”.
I look forward to making new friends and acquaintances here, while learning and applying some new knowledge.
A314 oil is probably the best one for you professionally, its a superb mature trust/status/competence product and the oil-base scent settles very light by half an hour or so after application to a level that is no more than a light soap. I find it perfectly acceptable and very usable in the no/low-scent environments normal in UK medical/biosciences environments.
It is also a good product to help remind a mature partner about what they found attractive about you in the first place, although its not an attraction product per-se. However, if your wife is Asian as well, their noted affinity with Androsterone (A314’s primary molecule) may work in your favour attraction-wise.
Otherwise, you may need to explore some other products to help steer it in an attractive/sexual direction. I’d suffest you look at TAC, Instant Shine and TUTH, although dosing TUTH can be difficult around Asian women - Start very low!
All of these are spray products in 6% Neroli (orange blossom) scent - this again settles light after half an hour or so but not as light as the A314 oil and may be a little more difficult professionally but none are at the cologne strength of Ammo.
Going fully unscented with pheros is not a good idea as they tend to diffuse poorly and any unpleasant breakdown smells tend to become obvious much sooner.
Thank you for your valuable information, I had also heard of a couple of other so-called pheromone scents, perhaps you may be able to explain them to me since you seem quite knowledgeable. The two are Chikara and Alpha 7, I’m aware that they are not necessarily your products but how do they compare?
We do need to be careful when discussing other makers products here because of some past issues/unpleasantness with a few of them - but both of these are sold by a firm that was AFAIK was still considered OK the last time I looked, so I’ll presume you are thinking-on using them!
Chikara - there are three versions IIRC but its more in the social/sexy mould. Some people have reported on it here, so a search should prove useful.
A7 - I’ve used this quite a bit, on its own and better still with A314, which is a viable combo that will up A314’s sexual impact somewhat. However, even with the A314 steering helping its a rather old-style None/Rone mix that can be a bit older/stuffy/boring in effect. Its also not all that discrete - Even though its in oil (don’t waste your money on the unscented version), its scent (very like Glayva Liqueur!) is quite prominent. Its also quite easy to OD-on, esp around Asian women and prone to batch differences, so you need to start from scratch with dosing with every new bottle. I’d strongly argue that A314/TUTH or A314/plain Androstenone is a far more viable and usable status/sexual combo in a similar vein.
Chikara does interest me, Alpha 7 not so much now. A314 seems to be the one I really should be looking at to try, you mentioned there is a spray version and an oil version, in the oil version, how is it recommended to be applied and in what dosage?
A314 oil is the best overall IMO and the lowest scent. The /b spray is a useful try-out because its dosed for similar impact but its not so subtle in effect, cost effective in the long run or long lasting on the skin per application. Its scent, although still fairly light is still much more prominent, so it may be difficult at work. The /a spray is dosed for higher impact and is dosed for higher impact - which does make it less useful day to day. I tend to keep mine for mixes where I want maximum status impact in the minimum time, mostly rather full-on sexuals.
Dose - by your forties, it will be a pretty wide range. Typically I use 2-3 drops of the current revision for work and anything between 1 and 6 drops for sexual/dating/club mixes, depending on what I pair it with, the sort of situation I’m going into and whatever I want to project personality-wise on the night. So a bit of time spent testing at different doses, in different situations and in different combinations is well-spent. AD’s warranty is good for all the consumer products, incl oils - so even if your testing period is extended, you won’t lose if you don’t get-on with it.
Application - have a read of the App Points sticky for lots of good advice but don’t get too hung-up. So long as it has good circulation and is open to the air to diffuse, its a viable app point. Personally, neck/throat, forearms (clothes permitting) and for oils, my wrists, the strip just in front of my ears and the area of my neck just below the ears/by the jawline are favourite points.
Sprays can be layered together ok, just leave a minute or so between each layer to let it dry-down. Oils I tend to keep to individual point, although they can be applied close-by each other. Don’t spray over oil or this will mess-up the diffusion badly.
This is a short note to inform you that your $25 Intro GC has been issued and is now in your email ready for use.
Happy pheroing!
=============== Disclosure: I’ve edited your thread title from “Hello from another Newbie.” to “Hello. Thank you!
I see you’ve already placed an order and used your GC. Hope you received it fine and now already kicking ass on helping you up with sales and keeping the missus on fire. .
Don’t forget to share your test results my friend. You can create your own journal here to keep notes of your dosages and usages, plus its different effects, including those you consider a “failure”. Journal helps a lot. Its your own phero time machine.
For further questions, you can also create your own help-seeking thread here. Expert pheromone users usually browse this area. Also, you should drop some feedback about your MX297 and p79 usage. We would love to hear how those precious molecules worked out for you. You must send your feedback at feedback@androtics.com (Always enter MX297 or p79 in Subject Line).
