IGentleman typically works well with IO and IH. anurag is right, A314 should be the goto pheromone for you, but it unfortunately out of stock in the store at the moment. It should be back soon.
The IShine he suggested should also work well for you, and would also mix with IG and IO.

So your best bet is A314 as it will command respect and leadership. I would pair that with IO and this IMO will be your best bet. You will still have to experiment with how much to wear. Now you must be careful if you wear to much A314 as it will come off as intimidating. I would also look into CTTM as well. As far as the ladies it is hard to recommend something if you are losing interest. For the ladies I would say Ammo and TUTH is purely sexual. Do some research on the products and some testing. I know when I first started I didn’t get the results I wanted right away, it takes some work on experimenting to dial in a mix. Try each one alone first so you get an idea of what they do then try them in a mix. Also start a journal to document your progress. Good luck
