What you will want to do to start is test the IS/B first then the IS/A and see which is a better fit and wear the one the goes best with your chemistry and does what you want. One of these will be your base mone to build off of down the road, so it will be important to find what the better one is for you and the best dose also.
The other 3 are more social and a lot of us tend to use them to steer the main one in a direction we want.
I would also look into MX300 as well for work. This one will be similar to A314, bot for women and like the Instant Sexiness series, you will need to test to find the best dose and this will more than likely be your base one for work.
