If it’s more of a ‘Damn… WHY haven’t I been chasing this FINE Man??’ I would be more of the AMMO as the Base and using CTTM2 for the opening of a Verbal barrage.
Some have poo poo’d AMMO at the office and I’ve talked with many people as well as used it myself to great effect at the office. You can check out my Journal below.
The other option is AMMO and IShine which is a classic combination. I do like me this combo and if I’m not sure about what to where, this was my GOTO default combo, when I had IShine. I ran out and have just ordered more! 
My personal favorite is AMMO (World Edition) as the regular AMMO I can wear usually in (1) spray increments, because of the powerful scent package, which doesn’t quite agree with me. You may love it, I’m just sayin’.
What do you WANT to happen? What are your expectations or results? What is SHE like, personality and attitude-wise? What about you?

Thanks for the quick and MASSIVE response. I ordered ammo world and summer(there’s early 20’s women at work too). I also purchased CTTM2 and instant gentleman with instant shine.
My main target treats me as if I was a stranger. We used to be very close..almost bf/gf. I was at the point of driving her home after work. She was dropping hints like crazy.
As of 2016, I’m a nobody in her eyes it seems. She said I have to start over, but in reality I’m stuck on level 1 with no possible level up.
I pretty much ignore her and I think this has been bothering her. On Monday she stood up looking over her computer and mine. She whispered good morning, she tries her best to get my attention now. She thinks I hate her.
I’m hoping the mones can smooth things out a little to get her talking a bit more. I don’t understand her at all. She is so closed off from me.

Rational suggestion: Use the mones on their lonesome to see what they do in Self Effects and effects on those around you. A spray and a few different times on different days.
Crazy thought many more have than care to admit: Just do a spray or two of each and go out and see what happens!!!
I would suggest AMMO by itself or if you must with IShine. Let her some of this mone goodness and keeping your cool, give her some of your attention and conversations.
See what happens! Let us know, hit or miss or whatever happens. I suggest you start up a journal in the Men’s section to get feedback from other mone users here.

Welcome to the site. I totally agree with the above and with what you have will work for your goals. I would start with the Ammo and try this solo for a while around her a while and see what you get.
Also you will have to do some work and treat it like you just met her and open her up and try to keep the conversations going. I would start here and if you really like her then try to ask her out for some drinks or some other thing to get her outside of work and then this is where the magic will really happen as you are limited by the work environment.

If she’s told you to start from the beginning, then I assume something happened that made her forget the desire. Although it’s still there, she merely wanted to rebuild the trust… assuming my speculation is correct.
So, I will recommend A314 oil and IShine for a general wear, and since you are wearing it at work, you will be hitting 2 birds with it. IG + Ishine would be a great substitute if you don’t have an A314 oil yet.
