How do I know if I should get the extra strength or the regular for items that has extra strength as an option for $20+?
Is there any significant difference other than the concentration amount?

Male, attracted to Female. Age is 28. I don’t have a particular goal other than to have women be more attracted to me. I am already pretty confident and have no problem talking with or to girls. I usually suggest the Men’s Ultimate Kit because really it is about experimenting to see what is really going to work for you the best. But if you want a few to start with based on what you described you want something more for attraction than anything.
Ammo I would look into this one if anything else. Great standalone and nice cologne scent. For attraction and good for day use also. Great all arounder.
TUTHThis one is best used down the road with women. What I mean by this is don’t come out with this one or you may come off to strong and scare them off. You have to build up to this one. Highly sexual and start low 1 spray.
So start with the Ammo and you have to go along with things with talking and so on (I know you might hate this part but go along with it) and get to know a woman then when she is more comfortable around you try the TUTH.
The whole thing with the heavy (2X) is usually for us older folks like 35-40 and up. As we age our natural pheromones production drops and especially around that age. Being 28 I would get the regular versions for now.
