I am a single male in the NYC metro area. I have no experience with pheromones but I do have a friend who reports positive effects. I am looking at pheromones because I struggle to smoothly initiate interactions with women. Generally, I have a reserved and quiet demeanor and am very rational, two things that don’t quite help in seduction. After I get to know someone they end up liking me 99% of the time, male and female alike, so really the problem is botching that first impression. Something that could make her more initially receptive would go along way to boosting my confidence and initiating interactions with more women.

I think some ammo and some IO would be some good choices to begin with. Ammo will help be very very attractive and IO will help in the initiation of conversation.

You can’t go wrong with Ammo. But I am also a big believer in IG. So please do not discount that one.
IO is a solid product and you will see results. Too much results for my taste lol but there you go. Another product to think about is CTTM2. It is a mix of IO and IH and is a solid product. The extra beta 'nols will help with that bonding that you want to occur quickly.

I usually suggest the Men’s Ultimate Kit as you would get everything to try and at a discount and you will get all the products to try and at a discount expect CTTM2. This is kind of good though so you can test IO and IH separately and find out what they do anyway by themselves. I would look here and think about this kit because you might spend the same if you get just a few anyways.
But to start I would look at the IO and what I would do is wear this one on your neck so it helps you open up to along with others. There can be great self effects that are often overlooked and you will get the most out of this one that way. It will help you open up as well as others and this alone should make a huge difference.
If anything else I would also use Ammo to build the attraction, because if a woman is not attracted or interested in you it will go no where. Ammo will build the attraction for you and is great for day use.
