Like the others said please do tell us more details. Based on what you have mentioned I know the Men’s Ultimate Kit will be a great bet as it will have everything from sexual, social, work, and anything else you can think of in it.
Well, i will be happy to improve my abilities, and if mones can help, im thinking - why not.. that includes relations at work, gym, supermarkets, dates etc.

The Men’s starter kit is still the way to go IMO. You will get everything and for every situation. I would get this and instead of the Summer Ammo maybe ask for CTTM2 because you already get regular Ammo.
Work
A314 This I think is still out of stock but when it comes in stock this is the one you will really want down the road. This will command authority and respect and is a must have for work.
IG This is similar to A314, but not quite the same. You will still give off a leadership knowledgeable mature man vibe.
Dating
Ammo Now this is the main one you want as a base pheromone. For attraction and very balanced and nice cologne scent to. Great standalone and good for day game also like getting a cup of coffee.
TUTH Highly sexual and best used when you have built a little rapport with a woman and for the bedroom. A little goes a long way.
Social
IS Now this one IMO is more social, but I have used this in any situation sexual, work, dating, family gatherings and just about everywhere. Very universal. Will boost confidence and put everyone in a great mood.
IO and IH IO is an ice breaker and great for shy people. IH is good for bonding and deep conversations. With IH I would wear on your wrists or back of hands because you don’t want it to effect you. I put these 2 here, but you can use them for dating and other situations to.
CTTM2 I mention this one because I suggested this over the Summer Ammo. This will get everyone chatty and does help a little with approachability.
