I am curious about pheromones - how people use them to the best advantage, which people use which type, and how pheromones can change social interaction. I am also a bit on the shy side. Hm, I’m not quite sure what you meant about dealing with the customers, but Instant Shine comes to mind. Everyone here seems to really love it, it’s supposed to put you and others in a better mood. It’s been nicknamed ‘smile in a bottle’, so if you can get the customers you work with to be a happy bunch, things will go a tad more smoothly, no? Another major forum favourite would definitely be the A314. It sports a confident, alpha vibe and it’s a really valuable product for the business side of things, I hear.
You will want to look into IG or Ammo, too. IG has the cool, mature, dependable type image that young women like, and Ammunition is the masculine, sexy phero that attracts, but isn’t too offensive for day wear.

For customer support, do you deal directly with people for a few minutes? If so, mones will be great for you. Spinach mentioned Instant Shine, which is an all around favorite for this scenario. When I use IS, I get an upbeat feeling in myself and others are relaxed around me.
IO would be my next suggestion, for shyness, it is good in self effects of opening you up. Others will feel more inclined to converse with you, though, it’s best that you initiate to get the ball rolling.
The BM suggested IG and at your age, IG would be a good fit. I feel more of a cool guy, knowledgeable vibe to others when I wear IG.
Though, no amount of mones will make up for some really pissed customers. They’ll get the signals alright, from these mones, but ignore them or push them off… Though, I’ve seen IRATE people I’ve dealt with, start out wanting to cut heads off, but after having them saturate in my mone cloud, IS, IH and A314, as a recent example, they were coming back down to earth, much more relaxed. Of course, I didn’t add wood to their fire, but pulled some interest in their plight customer service on top of that.

Instant openness
Instant honesty
Since you are shy it is best you use instant gentleman and work up to using A314.
IG will give off that vibe that you are dependable guy who knows what he is about
Openness is for others to be chatty around you and once you get that talking it’s a foot in the door. You will also find that convo flows so much better with this
Honesty —well once they trust you they are likely to buy anything you tell them or offer
