Hello, all! About a week and a half ago I was immersed in the world of perfume oils and somehow stumbled upon a product containing pheromones. I’m a 24 year old female. I live in AL. Boy is it hot right now. I didn’t want to smell like a locker room since my job is very physical. ![]()
Now one thing I have to say about myself is that I -love- science. Ever since seeing this product, I was knowledge hungry. I vaguely remembered a time my friend was telling me about some body oil containing pheromones. She swore she got positive attention off of this and I silently laughed to myself. That’s just too good to be true. It just sounded completely hokey. You can imagine my excitement when I stumbled across hundreds of positive reviews. (So excited, I’ve spent hours on research and even had countless dreams since reading myself to sleep about all this.)
Another thing about myself- I love people. And boy do I LOVE social experiments. I thought I couldn’t get anymore excited, but on the thought of how people selectively use concentrated pheromones engineered to produce quality human interaction, I was BEYOND stoked. It’s revolutionary! You see, I’ve struggled with crippling shyness for most of my life. It has taken me roughly a 8 year journey to find myself. I get nervous in crowds and I constantly need a crutch like a friend, but most preferably my SO to do hardly anything. I understand this will be a continuous learning experience to deal with this sort of shyness. My boyfriend describes it as a “muscle” that needs constant training. So while looking up these testimonials, I thought to myself, this is the edge I need. Not a magic fix, but something to kick start this “training”.
So what do I expect? Well, I expect a lot of entertainment, for one thing. I’ve called this my science project. For another thing, a little added confidence boost knowing that there are quality products out there to help me socialize a little better. Again, not ever considering this a quick fix. Just a little something to give me that edge. Annnd speaking of which, I’m looking to get a job at the bank. I’ve worked years in customer service. I’ve got the experience and friendly demeanor, but I just want to SHINE when I walk into an interview! Hopefully it can help me mask my anxiety, and make me seem more favorable. I think I will frequent these forums, since there are so many nice, interesting people here. I look forward to seeing everyone’s experiences! Wish me luck on mine! ![]()
