Yes definitely go for ammo for a newbie. This phero is a great standalone for attraction. It offers so much beyond attraction including respect, approachability and attention. IH is great at creating closer bonds and intimacy and is a great mix with ammo.

Ammo has some androstenol in it which is the communication phero, but it is alpha rather than beta.
As an example : IO has 7:3 alpha:beta, and IH has 3:7 alpha:beta. As a result IO and the alpha androstenol is great for ice breaking, but it looks like IH and the beta 'nol is what you are looking for as this created more trust and bonding. More of that loved up feeling you know?
I would suggest you think about Ammo but pair it up with IH. Beta androstenol is great for when you already have a good thing going but need to step it up. Ammo also contains a sexual undertone of androstenone so that’ll get their mind wandering down south.
Since you are fairly young, ammo + tuth may be too much androstenone. What age women do you prefer? Older women like higher levels of androstenone but younger women are scared by it. Try a to-go bottle at least, see if you can find a sweet spot for your natural androstenone levels , just remember ammo has a little bit in.

From what I understand, it’s been out of stock for a while. But I think someone said if you do like 5 sprays of IS or IS and IO combined - I can’t remember. But the point was: that those who know say you can get the same type of effect with something that’s available. The combination of IS and IO makes sense, tho’. Better check with someone more experienced than me. Tisha23 is a pheromone coach - ask her. Or research the forum.
