IT would depend on what you would need help on. What do you expect mones to do for you? What’s your personality like?
If it’s just a ‘feel good’ vibe, I’d suggest IShine to get that signal to others and sometimes in self effects, you’ll have a smile on your face. 
I personally started using IShine to ‘see’ if mones worked. What are Your intentions with wearing mones?
