Hello, I’m a male in my mid-20’s in a sales career where the customers and other salespeople are mainly men 50+ Years old. I find that due to my age and looking young for my age that I am always being forced to prove my knowledge and expertise to customers, even though I have been in this industry my entire life.
As far as personality goes I have no problem talking with people in one on one situations and can also be social in larger group settings but just prefer talking more one on one. I also would say that I am pretty relaxed person in general.
I am normally a skeptical person when it comes to something like pheromones and would like to try them out myself.
Thank you for the important details on your goals as this help us out. I always suggest the Men’s Ultimate Kit and the reason why is you get everything to try. This is always the best bet so you can experiment on what is best for you. Androtics is a real company with a phone number with real people and most importantly a real guarantee if you are not happy. I have tried a lot of pheromones from ebay and other places where they promise you will be a rock star and so on. If you see things like this stay away from there products. These things are no magic, but if you get the right products and use them right they do work very well. I am in no way putting down any company as there are some good ones out there. Just make sure to do some research first. If you want just a few products to try for what you have listed I suggest.
A314 This one is your best bet. This thing will just command respect and this is exactly what you need. If anything else this is the one you will want. IMO the oil is the way to go, but if you are on a budget they also offer spray version A314A and A314B. The B being the softer version.
IG This is also an excellent choice as it will make you appear more mature and knowledgeable. Similar to A314, just doesn’t quit command the respect and authority like A314 does.
IH I suggest this one as this will make you trustworthy. Also promotes bonding and deep conversations.
IO This is an option to as this is an icebreaker. This may make people chatty though too the point they just ramble on.
CTTM2 This one should get people talking and chatty. Similar to IO and IH.
If I really had to pick just a few the must haves are either A314 or IG and then IH. These 2 will be your best bet. Now the starter kit will have all these except the CTTM2. The kit will also have others like Ammo and TUTH and a lot more. I know you didn’t mention it but the kit will have these which will help with dating, or married life, clubs, socials, or anything you can think of.

The guys here gave you great advice. I’ll give you my perspective. Based on what you’ve described, I would recommend Instant Gentleman and Instant Honesty. IG is an excellent product for guys in their 20s who want to project an aura of smartness, maturity, and dependability. It will also garner you more respect and camaraderie from the more mature men in your workplace.
When IH is used in conjunction with IG, you will increase the camaraderie effect. It’ll let the other guys that they can trust your expertise. They’ll also might be more willing to share with you their knowledge and experience.
These two products together will build trust and cooperation; they’ll help you gain equal footing with the other guys. Once you gain their trust and cooperation, you can then switch out IG for A314. A314 is a bit more advanced than IG. I use IG when I want to gain cooperation from others. I use A314 when I want the upper hand. If you go too quick with the upper hand effect, the guys might not trust you completely because of the sudden incongruence between their preconceptions about you and your executive-like aura. This is particularly true for being in your 20s. IG and IH will help ease that transition.
Also keep in mind that you need to give these guys time to adjust to the “new you.” It may take up to a week before you see significant changes in their attitude towards you. Don’t be impatient or put off if you don’t see any big hits during your first two days using the products. You need to find where your optimal dosage is. (If you use too much, the guys will likely ignore you because you’re overloading their senses.) Start with a spray of each. I suspect you may go up to 2 or 3 sprays, but start with one spray for a day or two before upping the dosage.

IG will make you come off as more mature, it does for me. People trust me more, and see me as more boyfriend material. I know your stated goal is not sexual, but having the boyfriend material qualities will improve your interaction with everyone, man and woman, around you.
A314, I wouldn’t recommend for work for starters. t is overpowering, and very powerful. If you get it, which I do recommend, use it for social/family situations while saving IG and IH for work. Use your judgement regarding A314 at work. The self effects are very pronounced for me. Other people look up to me.
IH is amazing. It seriously makes people trust you like an old friend. It is very effective, and if your customers and co-workers trust you more, that will open doors in work, and lead to more sales. People will tell you things they shouldn’t be, it works great.
