Hey, I’m Martin (male) from England (the original one in the UK). Am in my mid 20’s.
Have heard of pheromones in the past but always advertised in unbelievable fashion claiming all manner of things so have dismissed them as a bit of nonsense products (even if the underlying science sounds fairly good). Was chatting to a friend of mine who sent me the link to the site and so far looks really interesting - especially this forum where users post actual experiences. In particular being a bit of a skeptic in general, I’m glad to see people posting successes as well as about times when products didn’t seem to have much effect.
Would be rather curious to also know if any more controlled tests have been done to see if a big part of it is a placebo effect. Then again, I do believe strongly in mindpower so that might still ‘works’ in my books.
Another thing that’s also piqued my interest is having recently read The Game by Neil Strauss it’s ignited a bigger interest in human interaction (including, but not limited to PUA stylee stuff) and pheromones seem a part of that. I am hoping that pheromones might up my game since confidence builds confidence. Also, curious to see how pheromones impact a work environment as I’ve only ever heard of it in the context of seduction.
Also, I go to the gym and exercise regularly, and also sing (mainly musical theatre).

Yes, some of the hyped up mone products that are ‘promoted’ have a hollow and flimsy feel to them. Funny, I was just commenting on Strauss on another thread on this forum… But, yes, mones are a part of the social equation, a booster if you will. Your attitude, body language and tone of voice have as much influence in the perception of who you are in others eyes.
Something like AMMO and IO would be a great start to your mone ‘studies’. AMMO, for me the Summer Edition scent is superior, is a sexy man here vibe with a comfortable to be in my own skin, look others in the eye feel in self effects. Good builder of confidence…
For work environment, IG or A314 would be my first suggestions for you, without knowing what you do. What do you do…?
Yes, there are loads of shonky phero sellers who offer crap with bullshit claims. After AD, you will soon find the good competitive products and honest sellers in discussion here.
As for the science of pheros - Look at the Science Forum. Tuns of studies and papers in there.
Good to see you are studying aspects of behaviour, attitude and body language in interactions. Pheros are indeed only part of the story and getting ti right across the board will help everything fall into place more effectively and reliably.

1Alpha: I work in the Finance world so a professional, office environment where everyone’s trying to get ahead. Would say I’m fairly good at differentiating myself from the pack but I’m always open to any kind of boost - can’t rest of my laurels.
Ammo: Is there a difference in the phero mix between the normal and summer edition or is it just a difference in fragrance? Would the summer version be as effective the rest of the year (seeing as summer is almost over)?
IO: Bit confused as to what the difference is between IO and IH - they both sound fairly similar to me. Mostly thinking of a bar/club environment. My game is a bit mixed - lately I seem to be getting fairly good (better than before - maybe effects of having read The Game) at approaching people and even ending up with a bit of tongue and number exchange, but then not having much luck in following up after that night.
Yes there is - Summer Ammo contains P130 and TAA on top of the standard components as well the different scent. Its a more relaxed/laid back social/sexy mix. Far better for daytime and around younger women IMO but the original formula will still be better in nighttime/more determinedly sexual situations. It will work at any time of year!
IO - Mainly Alphanol. IH - Mainly Betanol. Big difference! IO is bright/bubbly and can induce lots of chat, which is good for approaching/opening but IH is a far deeper more bonding/connecting product that can go both ways but is great to help get to know someone really well. I prefer it over IO personally but steer it with IS to keep it on the happy track and find I get far better quality conversation.
IO can also be very useful to knock the rough/aggressive edges of overt sexuals like TUTH in order to make them more usable in clubs and the like.
In your work environment A314 oil is the way to go, no question. The /b spray is maybe ok as a try out but lacks a lot of the subtlety that makes the oil so special and its is far shorter acting, an application of oil will see you all through the working day.
