well, although i have quite a few friends and i would describe my self as quite outgoing, i’m not really confident about my self and yes i think i am a bit shy when it comes to women. I’m thinking using pheromones mainly when going out to a club or a bar and in social events to meet new people, mainly women, and maybe form a relationship or just for fun-sex. please do ask more questions and i’m really thankful for any help i receive

i have a bit trouble initiating conversations but in general i don’t really have a big problem while interacting with other people. In general the reactions i get from people are neutral really, either good or bad, a bit more good than bad i would say. I would really like a bit more attention though

I think IO and IH and AMMO will be good for you.
