Ammo and IO are great products for you to start with! You should read the post in my signature for more information about finding your sweet spot (the dose which you get great effects/hits).
You should try each product at a time. Start with a low dose, then increase the dose untill you see the effect. (doing this procedure to find you sweet spot, as different people have different chemistry, and require different amount of sprays).
You can first start with Ammo, then after you find sweet spot of ammo, you can go on the same procedure with IO. After you find sweet spot of all products, you can enjoy the mix.
