I’m Frank from Scandinavia. I’m 20 years old and studying engineering. I have little experiences with girls. I know it’s because I am quite shy and don’t talk very much. My appearance has been complimented and I’m athletic, so that is not a problem. My problem is to approach girls and to start a conversation which eventually can lead to something more. Possible situations are in bars/clubs and at school/work. I need something to increase my self confidence.
I’m not convinced that pheromones work. Its effect has never been clearly observed in studies. The placebo effect can probably be one explanation. However, I have a curious personality and I’m willing to give it a try. I should probably try Instant shine, IO or ammo?

You actually made some good choices, I HIGHLY suggest IO to help break the ice, IShine to make you appear vibrant and full of fun energy that will have others want to be around you, and AMMO for general all around attraction. IH is great too to add a sense of trust, comfort, and to make you seem like you’ve been friends with someone for quite awhile hence making them be honest with you.

I would go with the socials to start. IO is an awesome product that can definetly help project the apprachable vibe. Another prodct that is good for that is CTTM2. CTTM2 is kind of like mixing IO and IH together to give you the approachable, lets have a convo vibe.
If you are unsure weather or not these work, take the $25 GC try a couple of products and see for yourself. I assure you thy do work. Take a look around the forum there is tons of proof.
