As the others have said, can you give a little more info on your personality? From what you’ve said I’m going to guess you don’t want to be a 32 year old virgin any more 
What would be useful in recommending though would be knowing your personality type and why you are in the situation you are in.
e.g. if you are an Elvis impersonator but are a virgin because you have just ditched the priesthood and you are looking to get back on the dating scene then recommendations would be very different from if you are shy and feel uncomfortable approaching girls.
