Hey whats up, Im new here, and new to the whole pheromone stuff, so any advice would be appreciated.

How did you come to finding out about pheromones and finding the forums here? From what you have said you are trying to attract a female friend that you want to make more than friends. AMMO is great when it comes to social situations. Katalyst made a great recommendation on that one. How about her personality, what does she like, what’s the typical guys she dates? How have you established yourself in the relationship with her?
A lot of those factors would go into make a recommendation for that specific situation

I typically spray IH on with closer encounters with women like dates or meet ups. You just gotta be careful not to go too much in the friend zone and keep the attraction there with IH.

You will hear guys say that they are usually put into the friends zone and when that happens it’s hard to get out.
