Umm, getting girls haven’t been much of a problem (for girls that i just meet) but after i get to know a girl like after a while it then becomes hard to hook up with them.

Thanks for the additional info! Looks to me like you dont have a problem with interacting and catching the girls attention, but rather it seems like you may be getting put in the friends zone too often? I think you arent conveying enough what your intentions are and they are thinking you just want to be friends. You need to be more vocal about it and also the mones can help solidify things.
Do you want to make these girls your girlfriend? Or are you just trying to hook up with them? You should try to ask them out on a date or other ways that will imply that you are interested in more than just their friendship. The longer the time goes on that you dont the more they will begin to associate you with just being there as a great friend and therefore you get stuck in the friend zone.
I suggest you try out some IG, ammo at low dose because of your age, and IH. IG will get you respect hits and make you seem like a great catch, great boyfriend material. Ammo is an all around attractant and helps to steer away from the friend zone. Start out with 1/2 to 1 spray will probably be plenty at your age.
