I have ordered Ammo, Instant Openness, and Turn Up The Heat.

And to make sure i understand correctly. I should wear Ammo and Io when going out. And only use turn up the heat before any sexual activity?

Yes, Ammo and IO are for out and about, TUTH is for private times.
